Cancellation policies for scheduled sessions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Typically, a minimum notice period is required for cancellations to qualify for a refund or rescheduling without penalty. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Aviate Fluency reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, though such changes will not affect services already purchased.

Any form of discrimination, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior towards our tutors or other users will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

Recordings of sessions (if applicable and with consent) are for learning purposes only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission from Aviate Fluency.

You may not use any content from our services for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Aviate Fluency.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
